The Hinsdale Challenge took place on Feb 16th with a packed 32 draw of teams from around the country. Players from Virginia, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Minnesota and Ohio combined with the incredible Chicago talent to make it a draw with nowhere to hide.
Top seeds Chelsea Nusslock and Mary Doten were defeated in the semifinals by eventual winners Jane McNitt and Wendy Shpiz in a 3 set battle. Shpiz and McNitt finished off the competition with a final win against the formidable Cincinnati team of Heather Prop and Lynne Schneebeck. The local hospitality offered by many of Hinsdale's local league players make this is tournament not to be missed.
