Faycal Rhazali and Jim Lipinski Three-peat at St-Germain Men’s Classic

In the first men’s tournament of the year, Faycal Rhazali and Jim Lipinski were again dominant in this growing tournament. They came from a one set deficit to take down Nick Mazzarese and John Hughes, 1-6, 6-2, 6-4. Over 20 teams from 4 states (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York) competed for top place, but the results remained the same. There were several key upsets that made for great paddle at the New Canaan Field Club. In the consolation round, BJ Paret and Thomas DeLiedo won over Craig Waddington and Tim Scanlon, 6-4, 6-4.
