John Hughes and Nick Mazzarese Win First Men’s Tournament of the Season

The Slow & Low Classic (formerly known as the St. Germain Classic) drew a small but formidable group for the season kick-off. First seeds John Hughes and Nick Mazzarese fought off second seeds BJ Paret and Brad Easterbrook in the final, 3-6, 6-2, 6-4, to capture the title. The day was filled with great competitive matches. Over half of the matches were either three setters or tie-break sets.

The men also raised money for both the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and the American Liver Foundation (ALF).
