Hall of Fame Nominations

If you would like to nominate someone for exemplary performance or contributions to the game,  you can submit a nomination to the APTA in one of the formats listed below.

  Print it out and fill it in.
  Write a cover letter nominating the candidate and outlining the reasons the
  candidate should be considered.
  Mail both to the APTA at:
