Jaffe-Easterbrook Claim APTA Mixed 50+ Title, Shays Sail to Husband/Wife 50+ Title

Congratulations to Liz Jaffe and Brad Easterbrook for winning the 2016 APTA Mixed 50+ Nationals Championship.They defeated Sue Tarzian and Mike Gillespie in a double tie-breaker 7-6, 7-6 final. Pictured below (l-r) Brad Easterbrook, Liz Jaffe, Sue Tarzian and Mike Gillespie.

A week after playing the final of the APTA Women's Nationals together, Cynthia Dardis and Amy Shay found themselves competing against each other in the final of the 2016 APTA Husband-Wife 50+ Nationals. Amy and Chris Shay took the title 6-1, 6-4 over Cynthia and Ken Dardis, and dropped only 3 games in their first two matches, to cinch the title.
