Chicago Court the Cure Kicks Off Season

Although Thursday, September 16, was a very rainy day, about 15 area clubs had their courts in use for the Chicago Women’s League opening event. Approximately 280 women signed up for the Court the Cure tournament, which marks the beginning of the platform tennis season. 

Over $20,000 was raised and will be going to NorthShore University Health System and Dr. Yao’s breast cancer research. It was an extremely successful fund raiser. Thanks to all who volunteered and participated!
