Barry Cahill and Gary Kemeny Win Wilmington Way Way Way Over 50

The 16th annual Wilmington Way Way Way Over 50 tournament was finally held (after two earlier weather postponements in December and January) on Saturday, February 17th, at the Greenville Country Club and the Vicmead Hunt Club. The weather was cold and dry, perfect for paddle.

In the main draw final, Barry Cahill/Gary Kemeny (Radley Run) and Jay Wright/Jim Small (Martin’s Dam) split sets, with Cahill/Kemeny winning in a third-set tie breaker. The Gut Bucket round robin was determined by a game and went to John Stanzione and Jim Wenke.

A special thanks to Maggie Snyder, Jimmy Mathis, and Bryan Pentoney for being hut captains and for helping Dad (Maggie) and Boss (Jimmy and Bryan) run another successful tournament.
