Lobs For Love Raises Over $11,000

Brookside Racquet Club hosted the 10th annual Lobs For Love Tournament on October 10. There were 24 teams competing and fundraising for Oasis, A Haven for Women and Children in Paterson, New Jersey. Indian Trail Club also donated courts and staff for the event.

The day was extremely hot and humid, not paddle weather, but the women who played never quit. There was a tricky tray and a beautiful lunch donated by The Market Basket of Franklin Lakes, along with a silent auction and vendors.

This year, the group raised over $11,000.00 for Oasis. Thanks to all the players, volunteers, and Tournament Director Celine Salvi.
