Entry:	Men's Chaos in the Cage (Combined PTI 30+): MAPTA Ladies PTI Open Chaos in the Cage
	Entry Fee: $200 / team (for both Men's and Women's tournaments)
	Men’s Draw: 32 teams (Team Combined PTI MUST be greater than 30) Women's Draw: 32 teams
	All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry. Join the APTA
Format:	Women's: Main Draw - 2 out of 3 sets using regular scoring for main draw and consolation matches. 12 point tiebreaker(1st to win 7 points winning by two) will be played in all sets at 6-6. *Results WILL count towards PTI* Men's: Main Draw - 2 out of 3 sets using regular scoring with a 12 point tiebreaker(1st to win 7 points winning by two) played in all sets at 6-6. Note- All Consolation matches for the men shall play a Super tiebreaker(1st to 10 points winning by two) in lieu of a full 3rd set. *Results WILL count towards PTI*
