Kelly Brown-Cobbs and Sue Tarzian Win Nassau Women’s PCQ

On Wednesday, February 8, women from Region I gathered at the Nassau Country Club in Long Island for the final Region 1 President’s Cup qualifying tournament of the 2016-2017 season. There were a large percentage of close three set matches in the early rounds, and the final was no different, with Kelly Brown-Cobbs and Sue Tarzian defeating Kristin O’Connor and Sarah Rogers in 7-5, 4-6, 6-3 for the title.
