Carrie Cochrane won her second tournament of the season at the Oden Cox PTI 35+ in Stonington, CT in the 16-team draw. Cochrane and partner Sherry Ramsay, the second seeds, fought off a tough team of Tiernan Cavanna, the President of the APTA Board and Kristen Charney, 3-6, 7-6, 6-0 for the victory.
