With new hut construction as a backdrop and perfect weather conditions, the Longmeadow Field Club hosted a record 27 teams. A lively crowd enjoyed watching and participating in some competitive and entertaining paddle matches. The 95+ format created a variety of "challenging" combinations including tough President's Cup veterans, brothers, local players and father and son teams. The exciting finals featured Rhode Island team Marc Porter and Peter Harvey winning a close fought three-set match over Connecticut team Matt and John Holmes.
