2016 Shoreline Women’s Viking PCQ Results

Great weather, fantastic paddle, good food and fun characterized the Region II women’s PCQ this weekend. Unfortunately, the second seeded team of Mary Gambale and Lindsey Herschel had to drop out halfway through their quarterfinal match due to an injury, but the finals was a high quality match, with the unseeded team of Jen Demsey and Roopali Hall taking out the top seeded Amy Hutter and Shelley Morse. Former APTA President Rob Coster presented Kitty Palmer with a certificate from the APTA, honoring her for running the tournament for over 30 years. Thank you to tournament director Barb Coster for doing a great job.
