Steyl and Watson Climb to Chapel Hill Championship

The 2016 Tar Heel Men's PCQ was played at the Chapel Hill Tennis Club in Carrboro, NC. Excellent paddle weather after a wet forecast and past experiences with snow storms, rain, and even a tornado made for another memorable event – this time for the level of play rather than the weather.

Champions Chris Steyl and Michael Watson of Charlotte, NC, survived losing first sets to finalists Peyton Lawson and Blake Gayle from Richmond, VA, and third-place finishers Rich Green and Greg Archer from Chapel Hill.
