Andrea Noyes and John Milbank Victors of 2014 War at the Shore

On an unseasonably warm, late September day, the War at the Shore Mixed drew sixteen teams from Philadelphia, Northern New Jersey, Westchester, New York, and Connecticut.

Andrea Noyes and John Milbank, each previous winners with different partners, beat Liz Jaffe and Dan Englander, 7-6, 4-6, 6-1. The points were long and the match entertaining. Thanks to Judy Takach for chairing one of the first paddle events of the season.
