APTA to Participate in Inaugural Racquet and Paddle Sports Conference

The first Racquet and Paddle Sports Conference will be held January 23-25 at Orlando, Florida’s Orange County Convention Center, with the opening party at the new USTA campus in Lake Nona. The APTA, along with Total Platform and Next Court, will represent platform tennis at the three-day event, held in conjunction with the annual PGA show that draws more than 40,000 visitors.
The conference offers the opportunity for platform tennis to showcase the game to a vast audience of racquet sports enthusiasts and industry professionals, including thousands of club owners, managers and racquet professionals. With the help of Total Platform Tennis and Next-Court, the APTA will demonstrate how the game is played and why it is a natural fit for all racquet sports players (and golfers too). Past conference attendees have asked for more exposure to the fast growing tennis derivatives or “4-Ps,” Pickleball, Platform Tennis, Padel and POP Tennis. This is the first conference bringing industry leaders in such a wide variety of racquet and paddle sports together under one roof.
