Platform Tennis Sub-Committee Completes Idiom Compilation

After 74 long years, the Sub-Committee for the Definition of Platform Tennis Idioms has completed its compilation. The committee was first formed by the APTA's first President, Fessenden Blanchard in 1934.

Current Committee Chair Sally Cottingham announced a list of top choices:

• - "Pick me up, partner."
• - "Sorry about that net-cord winner".
• - "Those were good hands."
• - "Love-40. One point at a time now."

With their job well done, the Sub-Committee has decided to take the summer off and resume their task next season.
