The Jersey Shore Girls of Summer

Even when paddle players hang up their paddles for the summer, they don't stop having fun together. Each summer Maria Manley has an outing at the Jersey Shore for the "paddle girls", and they have a blast.  They meet at the beach, have lunch, play tennis on the grass at Seabright, have dinner and cocktails at night and then play 18 holes of golf the next morning.

For some, it's also a chance to even the score with and opponent who's too formidable on the paddle court - even if it requires puting on some boxing gloves!
