Jack Davis, Famous Illustrator and Paddle Enthusiast, Dies at 91

Jack Davis, a renowned illustrator and avid paddle player, died on July 27, 2016 at the age of 91. During his distinguished career, Davis gained recognition for his artwork in Mad Magazine and the 26 covers he created for Time Magazine.

A longtime Scarsdale, NY resident and Fox Meadow Club member, Davis extended his love of paddle from the courts to his sketchpad, where, in the 1970s, he created twelve paddle cartoons that still hang on the walls of Fox Meadow today.
