It was another beautiful Colorado day for grillin’ and chillin’ at the 3rd Annual Boulder Invitational.

The four finalists all deserve an Ironman or maybe an “Ibuprofen Award” as they each played nearly 100 games in total on Saturday. They had to battle through 56 games in pool play to break into the semis. After winning the semi's, they went on to duke it out in a grueling finals. The never-ending points, punctuated with blistering drives and unbelievable defensive pick-ups, left some saying it was one of the best platform tennis matches ever played in Boulder. In the end, congratulations go to Tom Houlihan and Brock Borman, who pulled off the three-set win over Curt Corrigan and Brian MacMillan, 4-6, 6-4, 6-4. The epic match kept the eliminated players and spectators glued to their lawn chairs to the very end.

A special thanks goes to Wilson for sponsoring the tournament.
