IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION
CCD parking is very limited and there will be a 5 minute shuttle service at the following off site locations. All spectators, volunteers and players not playing at CCD should plan on parking at off-site locations and take the 5 minute shuttle to the club, although please plan accordingly for potential wait times.

Viking President's Cup:	Thursday, March 5, 2020
	Viking APTA President's Cup Format and Rules

National Championships:	Friday - Sunday, March 6-8, 2020
	Men’s National Championship: traditional 64 team draw of qualified teams (please see link to qualifications for Men’s National Championship)
	Men’s PTI Open National Championship: traditional 64 team draw (with the ability to expand in 4 teams of up to 96 teams)
	Women’s National Championship: traditional 128 team draw

Location:	Country Club of Darien, Darien, CT

Entry:	Entry Closed.
	Entry fee: $440 per team
	All players must be current APTA members. Membership may be purchased during tournament entry.

Details:	Official APTA rules will govern play
	Three matches guaranteed (weather permitting)
	Players should bring their own water bottles.

	By Feb 24th, you will receive an email from Ann Sheedy if your team has qualified for the Men’s National Championship Draw.
	If your team has qualified, you will have the following two options:
	1. Register to play in the Men’s National Championship Draw. - Main Draw is open to 64 teams, based on the qualification rules. 2. Register to play in the Men’s PTI Open National Championship Draw - Draw is open to 64 teams but can expand to 96 teams in 4 team increments.

	If your team HAS NOT qualified for the Men’s National Championship Draw, then you have the following two options:
	1. Register for the Men’s National Championship Draw. If there is space available in the 64 team draw, the teams with the best/lowest PTI will fill the remaining spots. 2. Register for the PTI Open National Championship Draw

Schedule of Events:	Thursday, March 5	8 AM - Men’s & Women’s Presidents Cup play begins 11 AM - 2 PM - Players' lunch at CCD 4 PM - Final of Men's President's Cup 6 PM - Check in reception 7 PM - President's Cup dinner

	Friday, March 6	8 AM - Women’s Nationals play begins 11 AM - 2 PM - Players' lunch at CCD 12 PM - Men's Nationals play begins 2:30 PM - Men's PTI Open Nationals play begins 7 PM - Awards Dinner

	Saturday, March 7	9 AM - Play continues 11 am - 2 PM - Players' lunch at CCD 4 PM - Men's quarterfinals 4 PM - 8 PM - Players' BBQ - spectators can purchase food as well

	Sunday, March 8	9 AM - Men's Semis 11 AM - Men's PTI Open Final 11 AM - 3 PM - Lunch for purchase at food trucks available at CCD for players who are not playing on Sunday. 1 PM - Women's Final 3 PM - Men's Final

	All events listed are at Country Club of Darien PLEASE NOTE - All Men’s National Championship Draw play-in matches will be scheduled Friday, March 6th in the morning, so please plan your travel accordingly.
