	All players must be APTA members, and membership must be purchased before entry. Join the APTA

Entry Fee:	Men’s & Women’s Nationals: $500 per team Men’s Nationals PTI Open: $350 per team APTA Baird & Fulton Cup: $25 per Player (Four to six players per team)

Guest Fee:	Friday and/or Saturday Lunch: $35 (may be purchased when registering or on site) Friday and/or Saturday Dinner: $50 (may be purchased when registering or on site)

Entry Deadline:	Baird & Fulton Cup, Men's PTI Open: Saturday Mar 4, end of day Men's & Women's Nationals: Closed

Eligibility for Baird & Fulton Cups:	(Baird & Fulton Cups Information) 1. All players must be playing in the Nationals or Nationals PTI Open 2. No Limit to Number of Teams 3. Teams of 4-6 players (players create their own team) 4. Teams will be flighted into groups based on level 5. Two lines are played per match 6. Line 1 must have a lower PTI than line 2, no other rules 7. Eight-game pro sets, no ad scoring (server choice), breaker at 7-7. 8. Format will allow for 4-5 Team Matches 9. Play will begin at 12:30 PM 10. Semis and Finals of the top flight will be live-streamed at the Glen View Club 11. $25 per player

Draw Size:	Nationals: 64 Men's Teams & 64 Women's Teams (All teams will register on the waitlist. The top 56 teams based on combined individual ranking points as of February 27th will automatically qualify. Eight wildcard spots will be allocated by the APTA Tournament Committee. PTI Open: 64 Men’s Teams (Entries for the first 48 teams entered will get in and then any teams waitlisted for Nationals will have ability to move their entry into the PTI Open at their discretion on February 28th.)

Format:	Format: 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring for all rounds. Official APTA Rules govern all play.

Player Amenities:	Thursday event fee includes: Entry to Baird-Fulton & after match appetizers at the Glen View Club (GVC) Nationals entry fee includes: Favor, National tournament play and all lunch and dinners at GVC on Friday & Saturday PTI Open entry fee includes: Favor, PTI tournament play and only lunch & dinner on Saturday for Men

HOF Dinner (Optional):	$60 per player (purchase when registering) Note: the HOF dinner will have a limited number of seats available based on the event and room capacity.

Favor Option:	APTA Nationals Online Store IMPORTANT: Deadline to guarantee your favor size is Feb 21st If you would prefer to OPT OUT of receiving a favor, you can be refunded by contacting John Noble.

Check-in:	Check in get badges (for meals) and favors will be at the Glen View Club during lunch for Friday and Saturday.

Summary of Events (subject to change):	Thursday, March 9 12pm - Play begins at area clubs for APTA Baird Cup & Fulton Cup 4pm & 5pm- Cup Finals at GVC and other area clubs 6pm – 7pm - Reception for Baird & Fulton at Glen View Club – Trophy Room (appetizers & drinks) 6pm - 7:30pm - Hall of Fame Dinner and Reception – Main Dining Room Friday, March 10 9 AM - Women’s Nationals play begins 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM – Players Lunch at GVC & Regional clubs Noon PM - Men's Nationals play begins 5:30 PM & 7:00 PM: Women's Nationals Quarter-Finals Saturday, March 11 8 AM – Men’s PTI Open play begins 8 AM - Women's Nationals play continues 10 AM – Men’s Nationals play continues 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM – Players Lunch at GVC & Regional clubs 1:30 PM - Women's Semi-Finals 4:30 PM - Men's Nationals Quarter-Finals 5 PM - 7:30 PM - BBQ @ Courts for Players, Guests and Spectators (Guest and Spectators pay on site) 7:15pm - Women’s Nationals Finals Sunday, March 12 9 AM - Men's Nationals Semi-Finals 11AM – Men’s PTI Open Final 11:30 AM - Lunch for the players, officials & paying guests at GVC.
