Ana Brzova and Viki Stoklasova Fight For Win at Charities
November 9, 2014
Chicago, IL
The women from Stamford, Connecticut, and Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, put on quite a show at the Chicago Charities final. The fast, strong, upcoming team of Roxy Anica and Martina Ondrejkova grabbed the first set from perennial champions Ana Brzova and Viki Stoklasova, changing the paddle landscape for a while. After getting behind in a few games in the second set, Brzova and Stoklasova dug deep to win the next two sets, for a final score of 5-7, 6-4, 6-2.
Congratulations to all the women at Chicago Charities who played hard and donated to this year's charity, Children's Brittle Bone Foundation.

Thanks to John Noble, Shannon Vinson and the superb tournament crew in Chicago for another spectacular weekend.

One of the highlights on Saturday for the spectators was watching six of the eight women's semi-finalists warm-up at the same time, on the same court! With their volley control it quickly became 3-on-3 synchronized paddle. Watch this little snip of the performance.
