Entry Fee:	$240 per team

Draw Size:	16 teams (First Come, First Serve with a waitlist)
Format:	Main Draw: Best of three sets Back Draw: 3rd set super-tiebreaker
Favor:	Order Now Final date to place orders to have it ready at the tournament is Nov 11th. After that we are happy to ship for a flat rate of 12$ per order
